Our web site follows the traditional simplified design with minor impact on browsing resources. Plain text enables the most basic devices to render our content, allows us to provide quick updates, allows viewers to screen read (text-to-speech) and print our content. Web Page Printing Support
We have designed this web site to print in black and white to prevent wasting of colour ink and toners. You can print preview this page through the File menu – Print Preview command. Background colours are not enabled in current browsers as a default option; so to print with background colours on this site, the background colour printing option must be enabled.
Web Page Screen Reader Support
On this site we have provided screen reader support through structured markup and plain text. The tables have captions, headers and summaries. The form input fields have associative labels and are grouped into logical fieldsets. The links have titles to indicate the target of each link. The images relevant to the content have long descriptions and alternative text attributes to provide clear and logical reading order for our impaired viewers. The fonts able to scale or zoom using the browsers built-in functions to assist with viewing our content.
RSS Feed Reader Support
We have implemented RSS feeds to provide our viewers with the most updated information on our web site without having to visit the web site. You can subscribe to the news feeds using free RSS clients or view them using the browser.
