Certification Requirements

  • Completion of “Post-Rehabilitation Functional Training of the Upper and Lower Body” Workshops
  • Successful completion of the theory exam (75%)
  • Current CPTN Membership

Post-Rehabilitation Functional Training: Upper Body (14 hours)

Focus on range of motion assessments, postural analysis, common musculoskeletal injuries, repetitive strain injuries, stretching methods, strengthening techniques, case studies and program design.
