CPTN/TBI Ice Hockey Conditioning Quizz
Description
The Ice Hockey Conditioning continuing education credits exam consists of 20 multiple-choice questions based on the following topics: strength and flexibility training, training strategies, training methods and sport specific training Once you have completed this CEC exam you are eligible to register for the take home exam to complete the Periodization-Planning Specialist Certification. The questions will be derived from the course textbook Total Hockey Conditioning: from Pee-Wee to Pro.
