Learn how to properly incorporate Kettlebell training into your business with the Agatsu Kettlebell Instructor Certification (AKC). The AKC is the most comprehensive workshop covering basics and advanced exercises along with complimentary bodyweight and joint mobility exercises. You will learn how to safely take your training and your clients to the next level.

You Will Learn:

  • The fundamentals of joint mobility and joint preparation training in warm-up and injury prevention.
  • How to safely and incrementally train in positions of disadvantage to gain greater stability within your joints.
  • How to work on and explore variations of squats, lunges, lower body mobility and flow drills.
  • How to perform basic rolling and progressions, falling and balance exercises.
  • How to incorporate specific bodyweight exercises to develop connectivity to be applied in sport or weight training.
  • How to work on flexibility and developing greater range of motionwith tools such as kettlebells, poles and bands.
  • How to perform dynamic and loaded stretching.
  • How to understand and create a sound preworkout joint mobility and joint preparation warm-up
  • How to develop a post training stretching and self-massage practice.
