CPTN Members Account Information
You can use the following form to reset an active account to regain access to the Members Portal. You must use the e-mail address last supplied for membership registration or account udpate. You must also perform the reset operation on the same date it was requested. If this account was deactivated in error, please contact Information Services.
Note: Yahoo! throttles it's incoming e-mail messages which causes messages to appear 30 minutes after it was sent.
