Breathe Into Motion® Yoga System – Adjustments and Corrections

Description

This 1-Day workshop outlines the ethics, skills and know-how behind adjustments and corrections. Postural alignment in yoga practice will be discussed in detail. Learn how to correct client’s misalignments with appropriate guidance. Anatomy relevant to movement patterns in the process of yoga corrections and adjustments will be covered in the workshop. The workshop is designed to expand on the CPTN Yoga Specialist Certification; with more specifics in regards to using safe and effective adjustment and correction teaching tools.

Prerequisites:

  • CPTN Yoga Level 2 or 3 or other Yoga certification.

Note: Candidates are welcome to take the workshop for self-interest without the need for CPTN-CPT distinction.
