CPTN-CPMVS Pilates Verticals Repertoire (14 hours) – Module 4

Description

Standing balance and strength exercises are effective training methods for all, especially among older adults. Moving the Pilates classic exercises off the mat and into the vertical sphere can promote balance, increase strength and prevent falls. Experience and learn to teach Pilates Verticals with and without equipment.

Recommended Prerequisites:

  • Pilates Mat & Applications, or equivalent
