CPTN-CPMVS Pilates Balls & Props (14 hours) – Module 5

Description

Explore the variations of classic Pilates exercises with the exercise ball, small ball, magic ring, and TYE4. Learn breathing exercises, postural exercises, abdominal exercises, extensions, rehabilitation and re-building exercises, arm work and footwork. Learn and practise effective verbal and non-verbal cues to train clients to feel the results of a stronger core and to achieve their movement goals. As the course wraps up, we will discuss professionalism, ethics, and the scope of practice.

Recommended Prerequisites:

  • Pilates Preludes™ and Classic Mat, or equivalent
